Collection of personal information by Ninja Selling
As a visitor to this site, you are able to enroll for events sponsored by Ninja Selling, buy Ninja Selling products, join the Ninja Nation community, or request informative products, such as a newsletter. Ninja Selling collects and processes personal information to enable it to authenticate Ninja Nation members, to allow Ninja Nation members or prospective members to enroll in events, to allow existing Ninja Nation members to access the appropriate areas of the website, and to facilitate the purchase of products. When you register as a Ninja Nation member, you will be asked to provide certain personal information that will be stored in a profile maintained for you. New or Ninja Nation members who enroll for events, as well as new or existing members who purchase products, will be asked to provide their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and company, as well as current credit or debit card information.

In general Ninja Selling will only disclose your personal information to authorized agents or representatives of Ninja Selling for the purposes of providing the product or services which you have purchased. In general, and unless otherwise authorized by your use of Ninja Selling services, Ninja Selling will not disclose your personal information to Ninja Nation members or to third parties.
Ninja Selling may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Ninja Selling, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Ninja Nation members or the public.
