Day 1: (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Lesson #1: Finding Your Passion and Purpose – You are here for a purpose.  Ninjas will discover their passion/purpose using an exercise designed by author Paul Kordis.

Lesson #2: Building Success Habits – Ninjas know what to do but sometimes have trouble developing the habits to do it.  This formula is proven to improve your success habits, activities, and results.

Lesson #3: Discovering Financial Peace of Mind – Identify if you are on a path financially so you can wake up each day and have more income from your investments than your living expenses.

Lesson #4: Learning Financial Literacy – Financial peace of mind requires an understanding of how money works.  Learn the difference between good debt and bad debt.  Learn how making more money is n ot the solution to financial pressure.

Lesson #5:  Creating Wealth – Learn the wealth creation system for yourself and teach it to your clients.  Ninjas will learn a simple wealth creation system and a simple investment analysis tool.


Day 2: (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Your Morning Ritual

Lesson #6:  Analyzing Potential Deals – Do you have the tools to analyze investments in the new market?  Do you know the “5 Things You Need to Know” about your market?  Learn simple, powerful ways to learn if a property is a sound investment.

Lesson #7: Financing Your New Investment – You’ve identified a property that fits the definition of a good deal.  Here’s how to pay for it.

Lesson #8: Setting Up Systems – The nuts and bolts of managing an investment property:  finding tenants, collecting rent, maintenance and improvements, and/or hiring a property manager.

Lesson #9: Expanding Your Empire – Most investors find that, with the right systems in place, doubling their properties does not double their work.  How to find and pay for additional properties and adjust your systems to cover your new investments.

Lesson #10: Understanding and applying the Law of Precession – Often your true purpose and opportunity are at a 90-degree angle to the direction you are heading.  You will learn how to recognize the Law of Precession when it is present and take advantage of its opportunities.
