    Great managers know how to attract talent and turn that talent into performance. You will learn how to uncover the talent you really have in-house by truly getting to know your people and how to communicate with them. We’ll teach you about business planning the Ninja Way, and how to lead your agents down the Ninja Path.

    Becoming a Ninja Company

    Our mission is to build leaders, managers, and culture to help you create a Ninja Company. Building on the skills you learned in Day 2, we teach you how to recruit and retain the Ninja Way. We close with a final lesson and give you a crucial reading list.
