Investment

Coaching starts at $300 a month with no long-term contracts. Commitment is dependent on the needs and goals of each client.

Anatomy of a Ninja Coach

All Ninja Coaches have a real estate background, have implemented Ninja in their own businesses, and are skilled coaches capable of taking clients (you!) from where you are to where you want to be. Certified Ninja Coaches have gone through a rigorous vetting process. Roughly 1 in every 9 applicants interested in becoming a Certified Ninja Coach meet the standards.

Master Ninja Coaches have coached a minimum of 1,000 paid Ninja Coaching hours, and run a 95%+ referral-based coaching practice. Their depth of experience enables them to more quickly identify problematic trends and unleveraged opportunities.

While studying real estate at Colorado State University, James was introduced to Larry Kendall, co-founder of The Group and co-creator of the Ninja Selling System. It was in these early days that he learned that Mindset is the key component for growing personally and professionally. You could say that James was “raised up” on Ninja principles and believes strongly that we can use the Law of Attraction to be “players” in our own lives, rather than victims. He attributes much of his own success to Larry Kendall and the Ninja Selling Systems.

    Jen was blessed to start her Real Estate career at The Group, Inc in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Learning real estate at the birthplace of Ninja, it is the only way she has ever approached her Realtor role. Her first Installation changed her life and that of her family and she has never looked back.

    Jen’s time at The Group, Inc included direct mentoring from Joanne and Tim DeLeon. Her time with Tim catapulted her pricing expertise and she became his first Certified Pricing Expert using the Visual Pricing tool. She has taken that knowledge to train both new and seasoned agents in the art of pricing and positioning properties for sale. Her time with Joanne quickly guided her down the path of relationship building, staying in flow and legendary service.

    After leaving The Group, Inc, Jen went to C3 Real Estate Solutions where she was made a Managing Broker and additionally put in charge of training for the company. She helped grow the company from 35 agents and three offices to over 100 agents and five offices. At the time she moved back to her home state of Wisconsin in 2017, she was the Operations Manager for C3, overseeing both agents and staff.

    Her return to her home state of Wisconsin brought her to First Weber Realtors, a company of over 1200 agents and 70 offices. Jen quickly saw the need to encourage a Ninja culture and, together with senior management, launched 3 Installations in 2019. Internally as her offices Managing Broker, she coached her agents to stay on the Ninja path and consulted with other First Weber Managing Brokers to keep the momentum alive in their offices as well.

    In February of 2021, Jen made the decision to coach full time, allowing her to spend more time in beautiful Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, alongside her husband, Art Gamez, Sales and Support Manager for Focus 1st. That change moved her and Art’s license to Coldwell Banker Elite in Oconomowoc, where they continue to help their friends, family, and direct referrals.

    Jen’s natural heart for training and growing an agent’s and company’s business makes her a natural, instinctive coach.

    Mary-Clare has over 15 years experience in real estate – both residential and commercial. She began as a residential appraiser and moved to commercial appraisal three years later. Returning to her love of career development after 10+ years of appraisal work, Mary-Clare returned to learning and development with much of her work marked by coaching top mortgage officers in their businesses. She then joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as the Director of Learning and Agent Development and attended her first Ninja Installation.
