Denise is a successful Ninja agent in Redmond, Washington. Denise is passionate about the Ninja Selling principles, specifically the way they serve to grow and sustain a consistent, profitable Real Estate business while enabling agents to enjoy true life-work harmony. Denise has personally grown and benefited from the Ninja Selling processes, methodologies, and practices more than she could have ever hoped. As a very involved mom of three running an active real estate business, Denise understands the pressures today’s agents are under to juggle business and outside commitments. Ninja Selling has been a life saver for Denise, and Ninja Coaching allows her the opportunity to help others to find that same life-work harmony that application of the systems can bring. Time-blocking for sanity and productivity, along with developing your sphere within your world for consistent business are two of Denise’s favorite aspects of Ninja.

Erik’s career in real estate encompasses sales, leadership and investing. When he was still in college, he bought his first piece of rental property. As he expanded his portfolio, he was drawn to real-estate sales and later management. For 23 years he managed an office of 85 agents for Comey & Shepherd Realtors in Cincinnati, where he implemented the Ninja system for both new and experienced agents. He enjoys helping agents and leadership teams develop a customized path to achieving their goals and providing accountability for the system’s disciplines. Now, Erik is investing his professional time as a Guide and Coach for agents, leadership teams and investors.

I began my career as an assistant at The Group Real Estate and quickly transitioned into sales. My journey was deeply influenced by Larry Kendall and the Ninja Selling system, which transformed me into a Top Producer. Now, with years of experience, my mission is to help others succeed by passing on the knowledge and systems that have shaped my career. Outside of work, I’m proud of my family, including my two grown sons, Justin and Jon, who have been my greatest joy.

Jon Hill is a Certified Ninja Coach who has been in the business since 2017.  He’s worked across different areas of real estate, from helping first-time home buyers to guiding investors across various markets. He holds a management degree from MSU Denver and is deeply involved in his community as a high school athletics coach. Jon’s passion for coaching extends into his real estate coaching practice, where he guides others in building the business and life of their dream. As an active Realtor, Jon understands his clients’ unique challenges and works tirelessly to help them achieve their goals. 

Julie embarked on her Ninja journey in 2017 by attending an event in Fort Collins. Her main takeaway from that first Installation was that she could work less and earn more, thus achieving a better balance in her life. The Ninja journey was slow and sometimes challenging but worth it.

Living her best life ignited a dream of helping others do the same. As a coach, she believes everyone can reach their goals and live their dreams if they wholeheartedly commit to the Ninja System. She considers it an honor to support her clients as they navigate their Ninja path, serving as both a mentor and a resource.

She does not coach based on a set agenda; instead, she brings a willingness to listen to her clients’ needs and help them formulate plans to overcome the obstacles they face, allowing them to move from where they are to where they wish to be.

Lisa has a breadth of real estate experience, serving sellers and buyers in Oregon, New Mexico and Colorado.  She has invested in herself and her business over the years, earning various designations that include the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Earth Advantage Broker (EA), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).  Additionally, Lisa has unique experience with Harcourts Non-Distressed Luxury Auctions.  Lisa’s already thriving business was transformed by the implementation of Ninja Selling systems and philosophies.  The biggest shift in her business happened when she hired a Certified Ninja Coach herself and ended up having her best year in real estate. Through this experience, Lisa realized she wanted to help others do the same.  Lisa has a way of going into things “full on”. She is a full-time Certified Ninja Coach and is 100% dedicated to helping other Ninjas achieve their goals and living the lives they dream about.

Mark is a principal broker of a successful real estate office in Oregon.  With a long record of offering elite customer service, Ninja was a natural fit for Mark when he was introduced to the systems over a decade ago.  Over the years, Mark has mentored the agents in his office to integrate Ninja routines and skills into their business.  Coaching comes natural to Mark; when its not agents in the office or his Ninja clients, it is kids on the soccer field or basketball court.

Mark has personally used the Ninja systems to build his referral business while maintaining a work/life balance that allows him to be involved and present in his family. Mark can help you define your goals and priorities and make the systems work for you.

Shelly has always had a passion for helping others by “teaching them to fish”. Shelly fed this passion in the past by facilitating corporate management teams to coaching and training sales representatives with Title and Escrow companies. When Shelly made the move to real estate, she quickly recognized a lack of organization and processes to which she was accustomed to in the corporate world. Once attending her first Ninja Installation, her career and life would never be the same. The cornerstone to coaching agents was brought to light in 2015 during Ninja Leadership training in Fort Collins, CO. Shelly discovered her “why” in mentoring others. She has found joy in helping agents gain clarity on their “why” and reach their true potential professionally and personally.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Steve Mangelson has always had a
passion for helping and serving people. He has a passion for teaching and coaching. His vast
experience in the real estate industry has been in owning real estate brokerages, leadership,
training, one-on-one and group coaching, business planning, goal planning, and of course listing
and selling a lot of homes. In over 20 years, Steve has been involved in over 1,000 real estate
transactions, and coached & trained hundreds of real estate professionals.

Steve lives by the Zig Zilglar quote, “help enough other people get what they want, and you’ll
get what you want.” He has personal integrity, and believes that his greatest asset is his
reputation. Steve believes in relationship-based selling and that no single transaction is worth
sacrificing one’s reputation.

Steve’s clients and friends describe him as “ethical, honest, a great communicator, willing to do
