After learning the Ninja system at an Installation, it is time to integrate it into your business.

Ninja Mastery is a 12-month long implementation program. The program is part mastermind, part accountability group. You will meet virtually with a Ninja Guide, along with 20 of your peers twice a month for 90-minute video conference sessions. When you complete Mastery, you will be “on-purpose” in both your business and your life.

    Are you ready to act “on-purpose” in your career? Mastery is a bi-weekly platform designed for the agent that wants to get to the top.

  2. SESSION3-4

    Habits and Tracking

    As you understand how and why we do what we do, we begin to create or change habits that will ultimately yield your desired results. Tracking is essential in knowing what is working and what is not. Learn to track your daily and weekly habits through a reporting system.

  3. SESSION5-6

    Ninja Mindset

    Do you ever wonder why you do what others are doing but never get the same results? Programming at the “non-conscious” level may be keeping you where you have always been. Learn to reprogram your brain for the life and business you have always wanted.

  4. SESSION7-8

    Defining Your Value and FLOW

    Discover your value proposition. As Ninjas, we separate ourselves by giving more in value than we receive in payment. Our frequency of interaction with those that know, like, and trust us is essential. Do you want the Ninja Success Formula running at full capacity in your business? We’ll help you get there.

  5. SESSION9-10

    10-Step Buyer Process and Soft Closes

    Just like sellers, buyers have personalities and motivations too. We dive deep into the 10-step buyer process where you learn though process of elimination what buyers are really looking for while showing them how not to miss out on buying opportunities.

  6. SESSION11-14

    Pre-List Interview and 16-Step Seller Process

    Understanding your client’s personality and their motivations help to create smoother transactions and happier customers. Through a 16-step listing consultation, you uncover how your customer makes decisions, making you a proactive, trusted advisor.

  7. SESSION15-16

    Negotiating, Objections, Pricing

    89% of consumers say “negotiating” is the most important factor in deciding who to work with. Are you comfortable with the 5 points of negotiation? Master the FORD process so you can help your client make the smartest decision. There are likely few other decisions as important as the purchase or sale of their real estate.

  8. SESSION17-18

    Tracking your time and Efficient Delegating

    How much do you make per hour as a Realtor? Once you fully understand what you are worth per hour, you’ll be ready to delegate away administrative tasks so you have more time to focus on what you do best. Learn the vital few activities that generate the biggest return in your business.

  9. SESSION19-20

    Real Estate Reviews

    The #1 activity of highly effective and successful Ninjas is the Real Estate review. It should be simple and easy to create and widely accepted nearly 100% of the time for the people that know, like, and trust you. We dig deep into what they look like and how to present them.

  10. SESSION21-22

    Mission and Turning Your Flywheel

    Why do some Realtors build momentum and others do not? We’ll show you how once we get the machine moving forward it has almost unstoppable momentum. Your activities compound on each other to make up a series of perfectly executed processes. This is where greatness resides.

  11. SESSION23-24

    Business Planning

    Having a plan is like having a map. When you determine the direction and the destination, follow the signs and necessary steps, your arrival is near certain. Learn to build a business plan that will yield predictable results, and finally arrive exactly where you want to be.

    Fresh out of High School, Bob was introduced to real estate by a Ninja Realtor who showed him that he was able to buy his first home at age 19 while working for the local limestone mine.  Things blossomed from there, buying fixer uppers, fix and flips and eventually owning a few rental properties.  Recognizing his passion for real estate, in 2001 Bob became licensed as a full time Realtor.  Bob immediately became known as a top producer, averaging over 60 transactions per year.  He is also regarded within his circle of peers as a sharp agent with deep smarts.  Through the years a large majority of agents have met him through taking either ethics, continuing education, pre licensing, and/or Realtor Safety courses from various organizations he supports and provides educational instruction.

    Bob served as Chair for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors in 2017, filled in as their interim CEO in 2018, and in 2018 he was named their Realtor of the Year.  In addition, Bob has served on countless committees and the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of Realtors;  with a focus on housing affordability, equality in the real estate industry, and achievable housing.

    Chandra is a third generation Realtor® who became licensed in 1997. She was first introduced to the Ninja Selling System through CRS and as a Certified CRS Instructor, Chandra has been teaching agents how to build better businesses and lives all over the nation since 2007.

    Starting college at age 16, she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Business in 1993 and earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2000. She serves buyers and sellers in residential resale as well as land development and building new homes in Colorado Springs, CO.

    Chandra’s mission is to be a facilitator of awareness and change in the real estate education realm by providing top insights and guidance to real estate licensees who are committed to be at the top of their game both professionally and personally.

    Dennis’ core belief is that “Selling is Serving.” Individuals and entrepreneurs can have both a meaningful and a profitable career that supports an outstanding quality of life for self and others. In fact, one of his favorite quotes is “Customers who understand our value, won’t question it unless we do.”  And, if we are truly serving, rarely will we question our own value to others.

    Dennis has held a real estate license since 1988.  At that time, he had the opportunity to see a sales trainer and motivational speaker that influenced what would be his true passion and professional purpose; serving others through speaking, training and coaching. Since 1995, he has traveled nationally providing seminars, workshops and college courses to thousands of individuals and for major companies like Lockheed Martin, Kellogg’s, Capital One, and even NASA!

    In 2000, Dennis rekindled his real estate resume and began working on a successful team with his mother Linda, as agents for Coldwell Banker and later, Prudential. In that time, he continued to train agents just to “help out” the company.  In short time, they asked him to manage an office.  This later lead to his promotion to  Director of Training for Real Estate Services and eventually as a Chief Training Officer for Lang Realty, a top South Florida Brokerage.

    Dennis continuously looked for ways to improve and serve others. And, while he earned a Master’s degree in Training and Development and a second Master’s in Conflict Resolution, it wasn’t until he saw and was inspired by Larry Kendall and the Ninja Selling system, that he knew he had found home.  As a result, Dennis has become a:

    Mary-Clare’s professional life has been marked by a dynamic passion for growth and development. She has a master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in adult learning that included two years of career counseling partnered with the application of Myers Briggs and Disc behavioral assessments. This was the genesis of her enthusiasm for bringing together the benefits of traditional counseling methodologies and driving success in the workplace. She is also a certified behavior and motivator analyst in the DiSC assessment.

    Mary-Clare has over 15 years experience in real estate – both residential and commercial. She began as a residential appraiser and moved to commercial appraisal three years later. Returning to her love of career development after 10+ years of appraisal work, Mary-Clare returned to learning and development with much of her work marked by coaching top mortgage officers in their businesses. She then joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty as the Director of Learning and Agent Development and attended her first Ninja Installation. She led her organization in the integration of Ninja Selling into the culture and loved watching her agents see major change in their mindset, skillset and actions with significant results. Today, she pours of her professional attention into coaching Ninjas across the country full time.

    Melanie is recognized as a leader in the real estate industry for building people to be the best version of themselves. As a Master Ninja Selling Instructor, her passion and energy are contagious. Combining this with her acute listening skills and attention to detail, her training style is attractive to all personalities.

     

    In 2001, with fifteen years of experience in customer service, sales, and leadership, Melanie began her real estate career in the resort town of Breckenridge, Colorado.  Fortunate to meet Larry Kendall, she learned and implemented the Ninja Selling systems in her own business.  Melanie later transitioned into leadership and training roles and shared her knowledge of Ninja Selling to help others within her company benefit from the Ninja Selling systems.

     

    As a lifelong learner, Melanie continued her education following her passion by mentoring under the tutorial of Larry Kendall and is now dedicating her career to changing lives through the Ninja Selling message.  Melanie’s executive leadership experience gives her a 360-degree view allowing her to share her knowledge and experience with agents, support staff and leadership teams.  She has played a pivotal role in helping strategize the right path for companies to become “on-purpose” Ninja companies!

    Natalie Davis is a licensed REALTOR® in Colorado. In 2017, after selling real estate for 11 years, Pam transitioned again, this time into a leadership position with The Group. It was at this time, she started mentoring with Larry Kendall. Through this process Pam found a true passion for coaching and mentoring others. This lead to the development of the Ninja Launch program with fellow Ninja Coach, Natalie Davis. We developed this program after seeing a need to help launch new realtors into the real estate business.
