Leadership Mastery is designed to teach complete fluency in leading a Ninja office or company. We believe that there is a huge difference between familiarity with a subject matter and full command of the material. A group of 12-18 passionate managers and owners from around the world meet virtually every two weeks for a year to master the Ninja techniques of coaching to higher productivity, recruiting new talent and building a company culture. The culmination of the Leadership Mastery course is the opportunity to earn the coveted Certified Ninja Manager designation.
