Re/Max Masters Ninja Agents on Fire in Grapevine/Southlake

Grapevine/Southlake, Texas-
A Group of Re/Max Masters agents are collectively mastering the Ninja Selling concepts. Eighteen agents, accounting for over $61M in sales in 2009, from one of the top producing Re/Max offices in the state of Texas are hooked on Ninja. Within days of attending the Ninja III class last October, this group formed to "master" the simple, yet powerful selling system. They meet weekly to discuss the "how to's" of Ninja Selling, and have branched far beyond the basics by developing a group marketing program that includes web, internet, print media and the old standby- agent tour of homes.

"We're taking an agressive approach to marketing "right" in a down market. We have a lot of creative energy, have pooled our skills, and designed multi-year and turnkey marketing materials that we will utilize in our campaigns. We all market to different groups of people, so why not develop a really dynamite campaign that we can all benefit from? It's effective, affordable, and it helps to brand Re/Max Masters as the best real estate office in North Texas," says Jan Ramsey, leader of the group.

The group ends every Monday morning meeting with a tour of 3-5 member listings. "This byproduct has been one of the most successful things that we have done. We're getting to know one another better, we have a lot of fun, we try to find buyers for each other's listings, but most importantly, we provide constructive feedback to owner's. The feedback received has helped the agents bring about needed change in a current listing or sway a potential client to list."

The goal of the group is to generate over $100M in sales in 2010. Ramsey continued, "We're still in a recessive market, but we don't need to act like we're still in a recession."
